Don't tell me that you will come Don't promise, we aren't friends Clearify, why are you keep lying That you'll be mine forever Like it's the first time... I understood your game very easily It's clear already I will do without your lies and yourself I don't care anymore I'll understand everything myself You know, I'm not that stupid I'll treat your words the right way I'll understand everything myself You know, I'm not that stupid I'll treat your words the right way Like always, you didn't come, you promised though I'm tired of waiting But it's ok, everything is fine with me I'll tell you again Don't hurry not to come Is there really need to quarell every time I just want to understand What is separating us, but... I'll understand everything myself You know, I'm not that stupid I'll treat your words the right way I'll understand everything myself You know, I'm not that stupid I'll treat your words the right way |
Player's comments: | The history of this singer from a simple
provincial family began in her native city of Rostov-na-Donu. The famous in Russia PPK
electronic music project: DJ Sergej Pimenov and musician Alexander Poliakov decided to
promote young singers. Among many amateur-singers' cassetes and CDs they got Sveta's
songs. The first album "Liubov'" (Love) released in 2000 was a big succes at
local music shops and radiostations, which were flooded by phonecalls, letters etc. which
made a new singer number 1 in all local radio playlists and charts. But real popularity
outside her native region came with her single "Chto mne delat?" (What do I have
to do?) brakingthrough straight to 12 place in Russian chart, and became one of best
selling singles in total in 2001. Right after that a big record company "Grammofon
records" proposed a long during contract to 20 years old singer and released her
second album "Drugaja" (I'm not like this)... 20 of June 2002 "Grammofon records" release a new single of Sveta "Hvatit, dovol'no" (More than enough) and right after the third album "Vernis' moja liubov'" (Come back, my love) including 12 tracks - music and lyrics like always by Sveta herself. She is a professional singer (this year she was graduated by Rostov State Academy of Art). Lyrics and music by Sveta cooperating with well-known arragers (Vladimir Tiurin, DJ Silver, DJ Vartan, DJ Groove, Mihail Ignatov, Evgenii Loginov - tracks on album are mix of styles: disco, trance, brake-beat, ballad) made it very succeful. All her songs are stories, the situations that happen all around us everyday. In Autumn Sveta is preparing brand new album which will include lyrical songs in style of her previous touching mid-tempo, jazzy songs like "Doroga v aeroport" (The road to airport) or "Moi slezy" (My tears). The famous Russian magazine "Kult lichnostej" wrote about her album: "Sveta is really not like the other singers, the perfect combination of charming voice, touching, phylosophycal, but not far from real lives, relations and feelings of common people lyrics reminds of legend about Yazon and sirens, whos voices have made people forget about everything and jump to ocean waves. Her fans, people, who since a moment they heard once the voice of this girl with clear and light name ("svet" in Russian means "light"), can't pass a day without her songs about the good and bad sides of life... but when you listen to it, you think only about good moments... Her songs are made for dreaming... just listen carefully once to her songs and you will everything understand yourself" |
