Country - Germany Player- Stefan
now is o.k., on the shore called life And it is, it is o.k. Humans are called humans and because he’s laughing firmament has opened (like a store) Divide your peace with me And it is, it is o.k. and because he’s laughing oh, and because he’s laughing
And it is, it is o.k. Humans are called humans and because he dotes and beleaves, and because he’s laughing oh, it’s already o.k. Humans are called humans and because he’s laughing oh, and because he’s laughing

Player's comments: | Herbert Grönemeyer startet as an actor – may be
you know him from the film “The boat” – a story about
a German submarine boat.
In 1984 he starts singing – and his first album “Bochum” was in the charts for two years – including the hit “Männer (Men)”. This song was at least intwo versions in German TOP 10 – sung by Grönemeyer and by Black Föös in an acappella version years later. He had several hits – and left Germany for London where he lives now. After his wife died by cancer some years ago he stopped his career. In 2002 he released a new album “Mensch” – the album of the year including “Mensch” – the most sold German song in 2002. Herbert Grönemeyer is famous for his own textes (and music) – and “Mensch” is recommended by the Protestant church during Christmas time to help people during “bad times”. So if you read my translation till the end (small changes you’ll
find during every chorus!) you get a feeling about his enormous power.
I’m sad he never made covers I think he had the chance to become
an international star – even he is over 50 now! |
