Growing up in a musical environment where she watched the success of her brothers and sisters, Brídín learnt much about music from her parents who are both musicians and run the much celebrated music pub, Leo's Tavern. It was here she witnessed many memorable performances including impromptu sessions with Bono and Paul Brady. But more so it was in Leo's that Bridin made her first appearance at the tender age of 5!!

When she was 18 she was invited to perform backing vocals on the Clannad album 'Anam' and shortly after this she joined them for a world tour. This became the pattern over Clannad's next two albums and along with touring she also got to appear on many of the world's top TV shows including "Tonight with Jay Leno".

She decided to take some time out from music altogether as she wanted to see for herself that it was what she really wanted. She had moved to London at this time and was experiencing a much more varied selection of music. After a while she was asked by a friend to perform some lead vocal tracks on his album. Being a different style of music this rekindled her desire to sing and she began to write her own music for the first time.

She teamed up with a production team in Dublin and recorded several tracks. The first of these tracks was recently released to radio in Ireland and was a Top 30 Hit along with a huge media interest for her from press and TV.

She is currently finishing writing for her debut album.

With 50 Million album sales in the family already she has a lot to catch up on.
