Player's comments: | Tatjana Ivanovna Bulanova was born in St.-Petersburg (Leningrad) 6 of March 1969. Her zodiak sign is Fish. Tania has an older brother, who taught her to play on guitar. Tania's childhood was passing in St.Petersburg. She started to sing when she was 14 y.o. That time she was fond of singing Izabella Jurjeva and Zhanna Bichevskaja songs, she didn't want to became a singer though, she was planning to became an actress in theater. During studies she was singing secretly in SPB music-hall. Her debut professional song "25 gvozdik" (25 cloves) was released in 1989, following by her debut album with the same title along with band "Letnij sad". But only year after she became really popular with her ballad "Ne plach'" (Don't cry). She won grand-prix of such contests as "Yalta'91", "Russian hit'91", she was nominated almost every year and recieved in 94 and 99 (for her experimental rock-folk album "Staja") the prize as the best singer of the year at "Pesnia goda" festival. In many many contests and festivals she was as a guest-star. In 2000 she started to collaborate with DJ TsvetkoFF and recieved prize as the best dance album - "Moj son" (My dream). In 2001 her song "Zolotaja pora" (Golden age) became a huge hit. From her last album "Eto igra" (It's a game) 2 songs "Da eto Net" (Yes is No) and "Pozvoni" (Call me) became smash hits. She was playing in films "Menty" and "Banditskij Peterburg" and recorded soundtracks to theese films. |
